Kolkata, Aug 7 (NationPress) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) initiated legal proceedings on Thursday by submitting a charge sheet against Chandranath Sinha, the West Bengal Minister overseeing the micro, small, and medium enterprises and textiles department.
