Mahakumbh Nagar, Feb 2 (NationPress) Pilgrims from around the globe are anticipated to gather at the magnificent Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, during the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami’s Amrit Snan on Monday (February 3).
Several attendees from Italy have traveled to Prayagraj specifically for the Amrit Snan. A representative from the news agency IANS had the opportunity to speak with some of these foreign pilgrims. They have voiced their satisfaction regarding the arrangements facilitated by the Yogi government.
One Italian devotee shared, "I feel extremely happy being here. This city is delightful. I came to the Maha Kumbh with a few friends, and my experience here has been remarkable. I'm certainly enjoying myself. My purpose here is to partake in the Amrit Snan on Vasant Panchami."
An Italian photographer mentioned that he arrived to capture the essence of the Maha Kumbh. "While exploring the Kumbh, I met several people. The Indian populace is incredibly welcoming, especially those from Prayagraj. The atmosphere is fantastic. I appreciate India’s diversity. Having attended five Kumbh Melas previously, I can confidently say this one is the best,” he noted.
A participant from Britain expressed, "I am absolutely thrilled. This place is extraordinary. It feels quite enchanting. It's a beautiful experience. The local people are very kind and hospitable. We've been here for nearly two weeks and have encountered some of the most wonderful individuals of our lives here."
Another British devotee added, “The experience of bathing in the sacred Ganga river here is exceptional. I believe India is the most wonderful country. The communication here is delightful.”
