Hyderabad, May 26 (NationPress) As the Southwest monsoon approaches Telangana, the India Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall across various regions of the state for the upcoming four days.
Light to moderate rain or thunder showers are expected in numerous areas throughout Telangana, according to the IMD.
A yellow alert has been issued for several districts until May 29, with heavy rains anticipated in isolated locations within the northern districts of Telangana.
The weather remains predominantly cloudy across the state, creating favorable conditions for the monsoon's arrival.
Meteorologists suggest that the monsoon could begin in the state by the end of this month or during the first week of June.
On Sunday, the southwest monsoon progressed further into parts of the westcentral and eastcentral Arabian Sea, as well as additional areas of Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, and sections of the north Bay of Bengal.
