New Delhi/Gandhinagar, Jan 30 (NationPress) Gujarat's tableau, showcasing the theme "Swatantrata Ka Mantra: Vande Mataram", has been awarded the first prize in the Popular Choice category during a ceremony in New Delhi on Friday, just three days after the Republic Day Parade results were announced at Kartavya Path.

This tableau has been recognized as the people's favorite during the 77th Republic Day celebrations, marking its fourth consecutive year of winning the Popular Choice Award.

The trophy and certificate were presented at the National School of Drama campus by Union Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth.

The Gujarat government was represented by the State Information and Broadcasting Secretary Vikrant Pandey and Commissioner Kishor Bachani.

Officials noted that this achievement signifies Gujarat's consistent performance at the national parade, with the state having received five awards over the past four years, including a Jury's Choice Award in 2024.
