Vijayendra, expressed his approval of the High Court's ruling that allows the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) centenary march in Chittapur, located in Kalaburagi district and the hometown of Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge, claiming it signifies a triumph for democracy.
Vijayendra remarked on Sunday, "The court's ruling permitting the RSS foot march in Chittapur is indeed a victory for democracy. The High Court has strongly criticized the Congress administration in Karnataka for attempting to undermine democratic rights and has reaffirmed the integrity of the Constitution."
"Those who sought to impose limitations on the RSS march in Chittapur have faced humiliation. Today's judicial decision conveys a powerful message that authoritarian rule has no place in a democratic society. It also serves as a crucial lesson for those who profess their allegiance to the Constitution yet act contrary to its principles," he added.
