Jammu, Feb 2 (NationPress) The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, highlighted the importance of the current Budget Session of the Assembly, noting it as a pivotal moment to evaluate the united efforts of the union territory and to reflect on significant milestones achieved thus far.

During his introductory speech in the Assembly, the Lt.
