New Delhi, May 19 (NationPress) A specialized training program is currently underway for election officials in Jharkhand aimed at enhancing their capabilities in managing public concerns regarding the revision of electoral rolls, as stated by an official on Monday.
Furthermore, attendees will receive hands-on training on the Voter Helpline App (VHA) alongside various IT tools. The training will also include technical demonstrations of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verified Paper Audit Trails (VVPATs), featuring mock poll exercises, according to the official.
The Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of India, Gyanesh Kumar, inaugurated this two-day capacity-building initiative for local election officials from Jharkhand at the India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) in New Delhi, as reported in an official statement.
