Kailash Vijayvargiya Claims UCC Will Assist in Identifying Infiltrators

Bhopal, Dec 18 (NationPress) Madhya Pradesh Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya remarked on Wednesday that the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) will significantly enhance the nation's security in multiple ways.
The Minister affirmed that the Centre, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is committed to enforcing the UCC to safeguard Indian citizens.
He pointed out that the UCC will play a crucial role in identifying infiltrators residing in various regions of the country.
Kailash Vijayvargiya, who oversees the state's Urban Development Department, mentioned that numerous infiltrators have settled in the nation using fake identities, and it is essential to recognize them.
"Many infiltrators have altered their identities by obtaining fake ID cards and posing as Hindus, which raises serious concerns. Once the UCC is enacted, individuals living under false pretenses will be identified," the BJP leader stated.
He emphasized that infiltrators residing in Madhya Pradesh or any other state must be identified and deported.
"Several individuals have acquired fake IDs in Madhya Pradesh as well. They must be removed from this region," he added.
Kailash Vijayvargiya’s comments were made a day after Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that the UCC implemented in Uttarakhand serves as a model law for other BJP
The UCC pertains to a unified set of laws that will integrate customary laws across various faiths, governing matters such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, and maintenance.
The UCC was one of the primary election promises made by the BJP during the 2022 Assembly elections.
"We have implemented UCC in Uttarakhand; our aim is to adhere to the democratic process. It will be evaluated constitutionally, and societal discussions along with insights from religious experts will be conducted," he concluded.
