Shia Cleric Kalbe Jawad: Trump's Global Dominance Agenda Exposed
Synopsis
Key Takeaways
Lucknow, March 2 (NationPress) Amid escalating tensions between the US-Israel alliance and Iran, Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Jawad has claimed that individuals worldwide are being misled. He accused US President Donald Trump of implementing strategies that aim to diminish the sovereignty of other nations.
He pointed out that previous military actions were initiated under what he called deceptive justifications. For instance, he recounted the invasion of Iraq, which was justified by the supposed presence of weapons of mass destruction. The country was devastated, yet no such weapons were ever discovered, underscoring the reliance on false narratives. Currently, similar accusations are being leveled against Iran regarding alleged nuclear weapons development, despite a lack of substantial proof.
Maulana Kalbe Jawad further suggested that diplomatic efforts were in progress prior to the recent military confrontations. He stated, "Negotiations were ongoing, and then abruptly, Iran was attacked. This suggests a grander strategy by the United States and Great Britain, with President Trump adhering to this plan, aiming to exert control over the globe. Iran remains the sole nation resisting this agenda," he asserted.
The cleric also expressed dissatisfaction with the current geopolitical landscape, criticizing several Arab nations for their lack of autonomy in decision-making. He highlighted the troubling reality that certain governments are unquestioningly adopting US policies without considering their consequences. "We liberated ourselves from British imperialism, yet now we are regressing towards another form of subjugation," he remarked.
He denounced Israel as a 'terrorist state' and questioned the legitimacy of receiving international accolades from leaders who face charges in global courts.
On February 28, the US and Israel executed coordinated airstrikes on Iran amidst ongoing nuclear discussions between Washington and Tehran, resulting in the death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Earlier, Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, stated that Trump has forsaken his 'America First' policy in favor of 'Israel First'. This assertion comes as regional tensions intensify.
Larijani also criticized Trump’s actions, claiming, "His unrealistic ambitions have embroiled the entire region in an unnecessary conflict, and he is now properly concerned about rising American casualties. It's tragic that he is sacrificing American resources to serve Netanyahu's expansionist goals."
He dismissed claims that Tehran seeks dialogue with the US amidst heightening tensions, following a report that Iran was attempting to revive diplomatic talks through intermediaries from Oman.
On Sunday, Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the US strikes that killed Supreme Leader Khamenei, branding them as unlawful aggression and indicating that Tehran would retaliate decisively.
In response, Iran launched a series of missile attacks targeting US military installations across the Middle East.
The US, alongside six Gulf nations, condemned Iran's missile and drone attacks as 'indiscriminate and reckless', labeling them as a 'dangerous escalation' that threatens regional stability.
