This incident transpired on May 29 at Odeum by Prism in Gachibowli, but a First Information Report (FIR) was filed on June 10 following a complaint from the General Manager of the establishment.

According to police reports, the case has been registered under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including sections 324(4) (causing damage to property valued between ₹20,000 and ₹1,00,000), 352 (Intentional insult aimed at provoking a breach of peace), and 351 (Criminal intimidation).

The complaint was lodged at the Gachibowli police station by Deepak Bajaj, the Managing Partner of Prism Club and Kitchen.

As per the complainant’s account, the actress, accompanied by a male guest, consumed food and drinks worth ₹2,200. She insisted on receiving dessert (cheesecake) at no charge. Although the staff offered a brownie as a goodwill gesture, she refused to settle the bill, became aggressive, verbally abused both the Deputy General Manager and the General Manager with derogatory, defamatory, and body-shaming comments, and threw the brownie plate, causing a significant disruption, according to the complaint.

The General Manager informed the police that the actress went live on Instagram, claiming her actions were aimed at gaining followers, and subsequently made false allegations of rape and molestation on social media. Even in the presence of police, she allegedly refused to cooperate and verbally abused the officers. This incident has caused reputational damage to the brand and its staff, he stated.

The actress faces accusations of verbal and physical assault, property damage, refusal to pay for services, public provocation through false narratives, and personal defamation of staff and their families.
