Hyderabad, June 8 (NationPress) Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and former Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao was overcome with emotion while paying his final tributes to party MLA Maganti Gopinath, who sadly passed away on Sunday.
KCR, as he is affectionately known, showed visible signs of grief while honoring Gopinath at his home.
Gopinath, who served as the BRS MLA for the Jubilee Hills constituency, succumbed early Sunday, just three days following a severe cardiac arrest. He was 63 years old.
Additionally, he had been battling kidney complications and had recently undergone surgery.
Shocked by the loss of the MLA, KCR laid a wreath on Gopinath's remains at his residence located in Doctors Colony, Madhapur.
The ex-Chief Minister offered his condolences to the family, accompanied by BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao, senior leader T. Harish Rao, and MP Ravichandra.
