New Delhi, Dec 9 (NationPress) Accusing BJP leaders of misleading the Rajya Sabha regarding facts about Vande Mataram, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge asserted on Tuesday that the party does not require anyone to educate them on the song, nationalism, and patriotism.
He further claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have consistently shown disrespect towards Congress leaders, including the first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru.
Participating in a debate on Vande Mataram in the Rajya Sabha, Kharge remarked, "The PM has misled the House regarding the correspondence between Nehru and Subhas Chandra Bose."
