Hyderabad, Oct 24 (NationPress) The Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have voiced their profound shock over a tragic bus fire incident in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, which resulted in the deaths of 11 individuals.
A private bus traveling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru caught fire close to Chinnatekur village in Kurnool early Friday morning, claiming the lives of 11 passengers and leaving 9 others unaccounted for.
Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, currently in the United Arab Emirates, expressed his dismay at the incident.
“I am horrified to hear about this devastating bus fire accident. My deepest condolences are with the families mourning their loved ones. The government will provide all possible aid to the injured and affected families,” he shared on ‘X’.
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy conveyed his heartfelt sorrow regarding the bus accident in Kurnool and extended condolences to the bereaved families.
