At least 14 individuals tragically perished, and 22 others sustained injuries when a private travel bus caught fire after colliding with a tipper truck in Markapuram district on Thursday.
The accident unfolded near Rayavaram around 6:30 a.m., when the bus collided with a tipper truck close to a stone quarry, resulting in both vehicles being completely consumed by the flames.
The bus, belonging to Harikrishna Travels, had approximately 35 passengers onboard at the time of the collision.
