Chandigarh, Oct 26 (NationPress) The life of Sant Namdev-ji Maharaj exemplifies love, devotion, and equality, as he dedicated his efforts to unify society by abolishing discrimination, untouchability, and inequality, stated Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday.

While presiding over a state-level event in Hisar that honored Sant Namdev-ji Maharaj under the 'Sant-Mahapurush Vichar Samman and Prasar Yojana', an initiative aimed at promoting the teachings of revered saints and notable figures, CM Saini declared that a government institution would be named after Sant Namdev Maharaj in response to public requests.

He announced a financial grant of Rs 51 lakh for the maintenance of various community-managed dharamshalas and for the installation of solar panels.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister mentioned that land would be allocated in compliance with regulations if the community applies for plots in Bhiwani, Panipat, and Narnaul.

CM Saini asserted that other community requests would be forwarded to the appropriate departments for action.
