Bhopal, Nov 22 (NationPress) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Madhya Pradesh initiated a major organizational shift on Saturday, appointing Shyam Tailor as the new state president of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and Ashwini Paranjpe as the state president of the BJP Mahila Morcha.

These new appointments were made public by Hemant Khandelwal, the president of Madhya Pradesh BJP, through a press release and a post on the party's X account.

Shyam Tailor, a dynamic young leader from the youth wing, takes over from the previous BJYM chief. Recognized for his robust grassroots involvement in western Madhya Pradesh, Tailor has been affiliated with the BJYM for more than ten years and has been instrumental in the party's digital outreach during the 2023 Assembly elections.

He is anticipated to energize efforts to engage voters under 40 in the lead-up to the local body elections and the 2028 Assembly elections.

Ashwini Paranjpe, a distinguished leader and advocate, comes with extensive organizational know-how. She was an active member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) from 2000 to 2014 and subsequently served on its national executive.

A former two-time municipal corporator from Indore, Paranjpe has been a strong voice on issues related to women’s safety and empowerment. She takes the helm of the Mahila Morcha at a pivotal moment when the BJP is vigorously championing women-focused initiatives like the Ladli Behna Yojana, which has been credited for the party’s significant success in 2023.

Political commentators interpret these appointments as a strategic move by the BJP to infuse renewed vigor into its frontal organizations while ensuring regional and social representation.

Manoranjan Mishra will oversee the Morcha wing, while Ashutosh Tiwari has been assigned the task of managing the party’s various cells.

Jitendra Litoria has been designated to handle protocol duties for the state unit.

Both Shyam Tailor and Ashwini Paranjpe expressed their appreciation to the party leadership and committed to advancing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for a developed India, particularly emphasizing youth skill development and the role of women in nation-building.

This rapid organizational restructuring indicates that the Madhya Pradesh BJP is already preparing for the upcoming electoral challenges in the Hindi heartland.
