Indore, Feb 6 (NationPress) A three-day national and international showcase featuring cutting-edge machinery for pulses, grains, and food processing sectors is set to commence today at the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple complex in Indore.

The event, known as GrainEx India Exhibition, is organized by the All India Dal Mill Association and anticipates attendance from over 200 companies both nationally and internationally.

Suresh Agarwal, president of the All India Dal Mill Association, stated that top firms from countries such as China, Turkey, Spain, Taiwan, Korea, and England will showcase live demonstrations of their innovative products and technologies.

He also mentioned participation from Indian states including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.

The inauguration of the exhibition will be conducted by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, with several local leaders and individuals from the food processing sector in attendance.

After two days of engagements in New Delhi and Haridwar, Chief Minister Yadav will arrive in Indore directly from Delhi as planned.

The exhibition will highlight machinery and turnkey solutions for processing various items, including pulses, rice, flour, spices, gram flour, wheat, flattened rice (poha), maize, soy, pasta, peanuts, chickpeas, millets, seeds, and more.
