The first memorandum of understanding (MoU), a tripartite agreement, was executed between the State Institute of Happiness, Bhopal; the Deendayal Research Institute, Chitrakoot; and the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Bhopal.

"This MoU is intended to initiate a collaborative project for the creation of Anand Grams (villages of happiness) and to implement village development models that align with sustainable development goals through mutual training and cooperation among the three institutions," Chief Minister Yadav stated.

The second MoU, a bilateral agreement, was established between the Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad and Narmada Samagra in Bhopal.

"This MoU aims to enhance collaborative efforts between the two organizations to shift public perceptions and improve the current conditions regarding river conservation in Madhya Pradesh," the Chief Minister remarked.

The signing and exchange of these MoUs occurred during a brief ceremony at Samatva Bhavan, the Chief Minister's residence, on Monday.

"The primary goal of the first tripartite MoU is to empower the three institutions to leverage their respective strengths and expertise for the comprehensive development of the state. The second bilateral MoU focuses on devising and executing a thorough strategy for the rejuvenation and safeguarding of the River Narmada and its tributaries through collaborative endeavors, ensuring their unimpeded and clean flow for future generations," it concluded.
