Kohima, Sep 17 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Nagaland, Neiphiu Rio, officially launched the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’ on Wednesday, advocating for unified efforts towards achieving universal health coverage to ensure that no one gets left behind on the path to a healthier and more prosperous future.

During the launch, the Chief Minister emphasized that this campaign in Nagaland will prioritize health and nutrition for women, adolescent girls, and children. The main goals of the ‘Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan’ include enhancing early disease detection and treatment connections, providing essential health services at the grassroots level, and motivating families to adopt healthier lifestyles.
