New Delhi, April 20 (NationPress) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has submitted a second supplementary charge sheet concerning the notorious Neemrana hotel shooting incident, which is tied to the Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla.
The recent development includes formal charges against three additional individuals - Dharmendra Singh, Gaurav, and Deepak - under sections 18 and 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
This charge sheet was filed in the NIA Special Court in Jaipur on Saturday, increasing the total charged individuals in this case to six.
The investigation centers on a criminal conspiracy involving Arsh Dalla and his accomplices, aimed at instilling terror and executing violent acts within India.
