The accused are identified as Sachin alias Praveen alias Dholia, Yogesh alias Monu, and Vijay alias Kale, and they have been charged for conspiring to carry out the attack on the hotel.
The investigation has indicated that the trio was in direct communication with Arsh Dala, a designated terrorist based in Canada, along with several other individuals, including Dinesh Gandhi, Sorav Kataria, Kaushal Chaudhary, and Manisha, who were allegedly involved in the conspiracy.
Narender alias Lally and Puneet, identified as the shooters, were tasked with executing the firing as part of the larger plan devised by the accused with assistance from Dala.
According to the NIA, the shooting was intended to instill fear and advance the Khalistani movement within India.
