Bhubaneswar, Feb 24 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi, has paid his respects at the Ram Temple located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. On Monday, he shared his experience of the divine 'darshan', stating, “Visiting the revered Shreeram Temple in Ayodhya and experiencing the divine darshan of Ramlala is an immense honor and spiritual achievement. On behalf of the people of Odisha, I offer my sincere prayers for the prosperity, harmony, and well-being of everyone. May the blessings of Lord Ramlalaji lead us on a path of compassion, justice, and service.”
He further mentioned to the media that he had hoped to attend the grand Pran Pratistha ceremony of Lord Rama but was unable to do so.
CM Majhi expressed his desire for the blessings of Lord Rama to help him realize the vision of ‘Samruddha Odisha’ (developed Odisha) and to foster a new Odisha. He commended the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for their arrangements made for the devotees in Prayagraj and Ayodhya.
On Sunday, he participated in a holy dip at Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj during the Maha Kumbh. Speaking to reporters, CM Majhi stated: “Experiencing the sacred Maha Kumbh at Prayagraj is a unique privilege and a profoundly spiritual moment. It is a confluence of faith, tradition, and divinity.”
He elaborated that the holy bath at Triveni Sangam signifies the purification of the soul, the unity of humanity, and the enduring flow of wisdom and devotion.
Majhi described the event as a testament to the cultural essence of India, saying: “As millions of devotees from across the nation and beyond congregate here with deep faith, the ambiance reflects India’s rich cultural legacy and spiritual essence. The spirit of devotion, discipline, and harmony witnessed during this grand assembly is truly motivating.”
