Raipur, Nov 1 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed warm congratulations to the citizens of Chhattisgarh on its 25th foundation day through a series of posts on his X handle, emphasizing the state’s remarkable transformation from areas plagued by Maoism to a center of rapid growth.
"Sending my heartfelt wishes to all my brothers and sisters of Chhattisgarh on the 25th anniversary of the state’s foundation day," he stated.

The Prime Minister arrived in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar on Saturday for a schedule packed with inaugurations and foundation-laying ceremonies, commencing at 10 a.m.
In his tweets, he outlined his agenda: "With a wealth of tribal culture and natural resources, Chhattisgarh is celebrating 25 years of its development journey tomorrow, November 1st. To commemorate this occasion, I will take part in various programs in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar starting around 10 am."
At 2:30 pm, PM Modi is set to unveil and lay foundation stones for projects totaling over Rs 14,260 crore, covering sectors such as roads, industry, health, and energy.
Notable projects include the 56-km NH-130D six-lane highway, 400 kV power substations, and the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Museum, which honors the state's tribal freedom fighter.
He also mentioned the honor of inaugurating the splendid new Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly building and unveiling a statue of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, whom he credited with the state's establishment in 2000.
"I will also have the honor of inaugurating a museum," he posted, along with the opening of the Brahma Kumaris 'Shanti Shikhar' spiritual center.
In a heartfelt moment, PM Modi met around 2,500 children who were treated for congenital heart defects under the ‘Dil Ki Baat’ program at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital.
"Additionally, there is a program to meet approximately 2,500 children who have been treated for congenital heart disease," he shared early Saturday morning, showcasing the state’s advancements in child healthcare.
