In response to posts from Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on X, PM Modi expressed: “May the Guru Charan Yatra strengthen our bond with the virtuous principles of Sri Guru Gobind Singh-ji and Mata Sahib Kaur-ji. I invite those in the regions this yatra will traverse to come and have darshan of the holy 'Jore Sahib'.”
Puri shared on X, “The sacred Jore Sahib ‘Charan Suhawa’ of the founder of Khalsa Panth, Dasam Pita Sri Guru Gobind Singh-ji Maharaj and his spouse Mata Sahib Kaur-ji, has been part of our family for over 300 years.”

The sacred Jore Sahib will then embark on the Guru Charan Yatra and will find its permanent resting place at the birthplace of Dasam Pita, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, allowing the faithful to pay their respects and perform darshan.
