Kurnool, Oct 16 (NationPress) Following his darshan at the renowned Srisailam temple located in Andhra Pradesh's Nandyal district on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed that he prayed for the well-being of every Indian.
"I offered my prayers at the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Varla Devasthanam in Srisailam, wishing for the health and happiness of all my fellow citizens. May prosperity be with everyone," the Prime Minister shared on 'X'.
He posted pictures from his temple visit alongside Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
This visit marked the Prime Minister's first trip to the temple, which is one of the 12 Jyotirlings and one of the 52 Shakti Peeths.
Upon arrival, temple priests and officials welcomed PM Modi, CM Naidu, and Deputy CM at the temple's main entrance. They participated in a series of rituals.
