Bhuj, May 26 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a stern message to India’s enemies on Monday, asserting that anyone who attempts to harm India or endanger its citizens will face repercussions in kind.
Speaking to a sizable crowd in Gujarat’s Bhuj, PM Modi emphasized that the Indian military operations, known as Operation Sindoor, have communicated a definitive warning to Pakistan: any provocation will be met with overwhelming force. He noted that following India’s response, Pakistan's airbases were left in a dire state, prompting them to seek a ceasefire.
He condemned Pakistan for its overt support of terrorism, stating, “India values tourism—a unifying force. In contrast, nations like Pakistan perceive terrorism as their form of tourism, which poses a serious threat to global peace. Our stance is unequivocal: zero tolerance for terrorism. Operation Sindoor has reinforced this resolve with unmistakable clarity,” PM Modi declared at the rally.
“Those who attempt to spill the blood of Indians will receive a response in their own language. Anyone challenging India’s sovereignty will face dire consequences,” he further asserted.
He elaborated that Operation Sindoor represents more than just a military operation; it signifies a mission to protect humanity and eradicate the menace of terrorism.
PM Modi informed the audience that Pakistan was allotted a 15-day period to act against terror strongholds within its borders but failed to do so. Consequently, the Armed Forces were authorized to address the threat posed by a nation that sponsors terrorism.
He remarked that Pakistan erred by launching drone attacks on Kutch post-Operation Sindoor, recalling the valor shown during the 1971 India-Pakistan war.
“They overlooked that this land witnessed our brave women, the Nari Shakti, construct an airstrip in just 72 hours during the 1971 conflict. We precisely targeted only terrorist installations, while they cowardly attacked our civilians. In retaliation, our soldiers responded with such force that their airbases were left in a critical state. As a result, they came begging for peace,” PM Modi concluded.
