Dubai, June 10 (NationPress) As the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government marks its 11-year milestone, Indian expatriates in Dubai expressed on Tuesday that India's global influence has significantly increased since PM Modi took office in 2014.
In an interview with IANS, members of the Indian diaspora residing in the UAE commended PM Modi's leadership and his decade-long governance.
Tarun, a non-resident Indian (NRI) based in Dubai, stated, "As a Canadian passport holder living in Dubai, I believe that Prime Minister Modi's 11-year term has been exceptional. His leadership has greatly enhanced the respect for Indians abroad. Wherever he travels, India's standing improves significantly. With PM Modi scheduled to visit Canada for the upcoming G7 Summit, many NRIs, including myself, are eagerly anticipating his arrival. I will also be participating in a special program in Canada."
Discussing India's impressive development under PM Modi's leadership over the past 11 years, he remarked, "PM Modi's global popularity has surged because he has propelled the country forward on the world stage. His commendable efforts in the digital realm have benefited all segments of society, regardless of their religion, race, or community. He has elevated India's stature internationally."
