Adani Enterprises Director Pranav Adani on Sunday, 10 May said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's PM Gati-Shakti vision has transformed Madhya Pradesh into a robust investment destination, citing major improvements in logistics, industrial infrastructure, and transportation. His remarks came during the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of Adani Cement's new plant in Guna, marking what he described as a new chapter in the state's development journey.

Key Remarks at the Bhoomi Pujan

Addressing the gathering, Pranav Adani said the groundbreaking was not merely the start of a cement plant but a symbol of deepening industrial commitment to the region. "Under the Prime Minister's PM Gati-Shakti Vision, the improvements made here in logistics, industrial infrastructure, and transportation facilities have created a very robust environment for investment," he said. He also credited Chief Minister Mohan Yadav's leadership for giving the state fresh momentum, with a clear policy focus on infrastructure, industry, and employment generation.

Madhya Pradesh's Economic Trajectory

Pranav Adani highlighted that Madhya Pradesh's projected GDP of more than ₹15 lakh crore in 2025 reflects the pace at which the state economy is expanding. He said the policy push towards industrial growth and infrastructure development has substantially strengthened investor confidence across sectors. Notably, this investment comes at a time when several large conglomerates are re-evaluating their India footprint in favour of states with faster clearance mechanisms and industry-friendly governance.

Scindia's Role and Regional Support

Pranav Adani specifically thanked Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for extending support to industrial and development initiatives in the region. "Your cooperation and efforts have been of immense assistance to us. As a result, development plans have quickly materialised — not merely on paper, but on the ground as well," he said. He also referenced the recent inauguration of the Adani Vikas Kendra in Shivpuri district as evidence of the group's long-term commitment to regional growth and social development.

The Adani Group is currently active in key sectors including energy, infrastructure, logistics, and green technology across the state. Pranav Adani reiterated that the group's objective goes beyond business expansion. "This is not merely an investment in a cement plant. It is an investment based on trust in the people of Madhya Pradesh, in the future of local youth, and in partnership for the progress of the state," he added. The group has affirmed it will continue to work as a partner in Madhya Pradesh's development and contribute to India's broader nation-building efforts.
