New Delhi, March 26 (NationPress) Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra is set to embark on a visit to Wayanad, Kerala, starting March 27 (Thursday). This is the Parliamentary constituency she represents in the Lok Sabha, where she will engage in a variety of programs and events.

As per the agenda released by the Congress party, Priyanka's visit will commence with a visit to a temple.

At 10:30 a.m., she will visit the Sree Seetha Devi Lava Kusa Temple in Pulpally. She is also scheduled to visit the Valliyoorkavu Temple in Mananthavady at 5:15 p.m.

During the day, Priyanka Gandhi will inaugurate the New Grama Panchayat Office Complex in Pulpally GP, Sulthan Bathery at 10:50 a.m.

Just an hour later, at 12:10 p.m., she will inaugurate the Smart Anganwadi Angadisseri Lift Irrigation Project and the Irithilottukunnu Check Dam at Irulam, Sulthan Bathery, according to the Congress statement.

Additionally, she will partake in the inauguration of the Vanitha Sangamam at the Grama Panchayat Community Hall in Meenangadi, Sulthan Bathery at 1:30 p.m.

At 2:30 p.m., she will launch the 'One School, One Game' initiative at WMO Muttil in Kalpetta.

Priyanka will also be present for the foundation-laying ceremony at Elstone Estate, Kalpetta.

In the Lok Sabha elections of 2024, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra secured victory from the Wayanad constituency, thereby joining her brother Rahul Gandhi and mother Sonia Gandhi in Parliament.

Rahul Gandhi serves as the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, while Sonia Gandhi, a former president of the Congress, is currently an MP in the Upper House.

Priyanka's last visit to Wayanad took place in February.

On that occasion, she also spent three days in Wayanad and its surrounding regions.

Prior to that, she visited her Lok Sabha constituency in January.
