Tirupati, December 30 (NationPress) Union Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu, along with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, various ministers from Andhra Pradesh, and notable personalities, engaged in prayers at the Tirumala temple to commemorate the occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadasi on Tuesday.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, accompanied by his wife Geetha, their daughter, son-in-law, and grandson, sought blessings at the sacred hill shrine.

Having arrived in Tirumala late on Monday evening, the Chief Minister was warmly welcomed by the officials of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD).

He also took to social media to wish everyone a happy Vaikuntha Ekadashi, praying for widespread peace, joy, and prosperity.

In attendance were Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, his uncle and Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu, Finance Minister Payyavula Kesav, Water Resources Minister Nimmala Ramanaidu, MSME and NRI Affairs Minister Kondapalli Srinivas, and Mines, Geology, and Excise Minister Kollu Ravindra, all of whom offered their prayers.

Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav, along with his wife Devisha Shetty, also participated in the prayers, as did actor Nara Rohit and cricketer Tilak Varma, who visited the renowned shrine.

The temple authorities opened the Vaikunta Dwaram at 1:30 a.m. to facilitate devotees in performing their prayers.

Earlier, TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu assessed the preparations made by TTD for Vaikuntha Ekadasi.

He began his review at the Gogarbham Dam Circle, examining the queue arrangements and facilities set up for devotees and provided recommendations to the officials for effective management.

Subsequently, he evaluated the SSD token verification centers near Silathoranam and Krishna Teja Rest Houses, instructing officials to implement all necessary measures to ensure devotees face no difficulties.

Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conveyed his greetings to the public for Vaikunta Ekadasi.

"I extend my heartfelt greetings to the Telugu community on the auspicious occasion of Vaikunta Ekadasi, a day cherished by Lord Sri Maha Vishnu. Scriptures state that one achieves all virtues by visiting through the northern gate on this holy day. I pray for everyone's well-being and extend my best wishes," he shared on social media.
