Puducherry Administration to Credit Rs 750 to Ration Cardholders' Accounts as Pongal Offering

Puducherry, Jan 4 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Puducherry, N. Rangasamy, declared on Friday that the Union Territory will credit Rs 750 directly into the bank accounts of all ration cardholders as a festive gift in honor of Pongal.
Pongal, a significant festival celebrated in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, occurs annually on January 15.

N. Rangasamy reinforced the government's dedication to providing employment opportunities for skilled individuals and filling existing vacancies in government roles.
Additionally, he announced plans to fill 300 nursing vacancies shortly.
