Jaipur, Jan 14 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma, along with his spouse, participated in the birth anniversary festivities of Jagadguru Swami Shri Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj in Neendad on Wednesday.
On this significant occasion, the Chief Minister offered his sincere birthday wishes to the Jagadguru and sought his divine blessings. While addressing the attendees, Chief Minister Sharma emphasized that Lord Ram dwells within every aspect of our existence and serves as the spiritual backbone of Indian culture.
He highlighted the organization of the Shri Ram Katha in Jaipur as a fortunate event for society, pointing out the omnipresence of Lord Ram's divine spirit.
“Currently, the essence of Lord Ram’s name is permeating the land. From the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa to the chanting of Vedic mantras, devotion echoes in every corner,” he stated.
The Chief Minister commended Jagadguru Swami Shri Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj as a distinguished scholar, ascetic, and an unrivaled devotee of Lord Ram in contemporary times. He noted that the Jagadguru has made remarkable contributions to reinforcing Indian culture, both domestically and internationally, through his lifelong dedication, scholarship, and spiritual endeavors.
Emphasizing the Jagadguru’s impact on literature and spirituality, Sharma remarked that by founding the Tulsi Peeth, Jagadguru Ji has greatly served Ramayana and Hindi literature.
“Lord Shri Ram embodies propriety, truth, and righteousness. His character exemplifies the highest ideals for humanity, and Jagadguru Ji has devoted his life to disseminating these values from Chitrakoot to the globe,” the Chief Minister expressed.
During the event, Chief Minister Sharma distributed assistive devices to differently-abled students on behalf of the Ramanand Mission, reaffirming the state government's dedication to inclusive development. He also handed out helmets to the youth to promote road safety and honored sanitation workers for their invaluable societal contributions.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister recognized Sadhvi Ritambhara by presenting her with a coconut and stole as a token of appreciation. Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani, Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Avinash Gehlot, Member of Parliament Madan Rathore, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh regional pracharak Nimbaram, along with numerous saints, scholars, and devotees, were present at the event.
