Rajasthan's Chief Minister to Unveil Nine Industry-Boosting Policies Tomorrow

Jaipur, Dec 3 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma, is scheduled to launch nine investment-friendly policies on Wednesday at the Convention Hall of the Chief Minister's Office.
The occasion will gather industrialists and stakeholders from diverse sectors, with the aim of cultivating an investment-friendly atmosphere and steering the state towards its objective of doubles its economy.
During a recent Cabinet meeting, multiple transformative policies received approval to expedite Rajasthan's development, including the Rajasthan MSME Policy-2024, Rajasthan Export Promotion Policy, Rajasthan One District One Product (ODOP) Policy-2024, Integrated Cluster Development Scheme, and Rajasthan Tourism Unit Policy-2024.
These initiatives are crafted to stimulate economic growth, create employment opportunities, and foster social prosperity while establishing a solid foundation for the approaching Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit.
Rajasthan MSME Policy-2024: This policy provides enhanced interest subsidies on loans, technical upgrades, and quality certifications for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), aiming to empower local industries to compete on a global scale.
Export Promotion Policy-2024: This policy is focused on minimizing logistics expenses and offering support for documentation, technical advancements, and participation in international events, enabling Rajasthan's products to gain global recognition.
One District-One Product (ODOP) Policy-2024: This policy promotes distinctive products and crafts from every district by providing financial support and integrated infrastructure to enhance production capacity and income for local producers.
Tourism Unit Policy-2024: Expanding to cover 24 tourism units from the previous 16, this initiative encompasses categories such as eco-tourism, heritage restaurants, integrated tourism villages, and tourism start-ups, aiming to draw private investments in tourism and create jobs.
Integrated Clean Energy Policy-2024: Aimed at establishing Rajasthan as a frontrunner in renewable energy, this policy advocates for solar, wind, green hydrogen, and waste-to-energy projects.
Mineral Policy-2024: This policy aims to enhance the mineral sector's contribution to the state’s GDP, targeting the creation of one crore jobs by 2046-47 and generating annual revenues of ₹1 lakh crore.
M-Sand Policy-2024: This initiative encourages the adoption of manufactured sand (M-Sand) as a sustainable alternative to mineral gravel in construction, thereby reducing costs and safeguarding the environment.
Integrated Cluster Development Scheme: The scheme emphasizes boosting productivity and quality in small industries through cluster-based development, providing access to raw materials, training, and product testing via Common Facility Centers.
AVGC & XR Policy-2024: Targeting the animation, gaming, and extended reality sectors, this policy aims to cultivate young talent and generate new job opportunities, reinforcing Rajasthan's leadership in this arena.
Officials have highlighted that these policies embody a thorough approach to enhance the state's economic and social advancement, fostering a vibrant environment for businesses and investors.
