He stated: "Rajasthan is advancing towards new heights of development, ensuring that those at the last rung of society are empowered."

Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma reaffirmed his government’s commitment to the principle of Antyodaya, inspired by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the state has pledged to eradicate poverty in Rajasthan through initiatives such as the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Garibi Mukt Gaon Yojana, which was introduced in this year’s budget, aiming to uplift all BPL families in 5,000 villages in its first phase, with a budget of Rs 300 crore.

He also announced that Rajasthan Day will now be commemorated on Chaitra Shukla Pratipada, honoring the state’s rich cultural and historical heritage.

He stressed that the vision of Antyodaya will permeate every corner of Rajasthan, starting from the sacred land of Braj. The Chief Minister asserted that the true strength of the nation lies in empowering the poor, youth, farmers, and women.

The government has already taken significant measures in this direction, including providing LPG cylinders at Rs 450 to underprivileged families and ensuring nutritious meals through the Shri Annapurna Rasoi Yojana.

Women empowerment is also a priority, with initiatives like the Lado Protsahan Yojana that offers a savings bond of Rs 1.5 lakh for girls from economically weaker families, and the Lakhpati Didi Yojana, which enables women in self-help groups to attain financial autonomy.

The financial aid provided to pregnant women under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandan Yojana has been raised from Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,500, while pensions for senior citizens, widows, single women, disabled persons, and small and marginal farmers have been increased to Rs 1,250 monthly.

The government is also focusing on uplifting marginalized communities through the Dadu Dayal Ghumantu Empowerment Scheme, which supports nomadic and semi-nomadic groups.

To ensure balanced regional development, funding for the Dang, Magra, and Mewat regional schemes has been elevated to Rs 100 crore each.

Under the Swamitva Yojana, all revenue villages will undergo a drone survey, with plans to issue two lakh new land leases in the upcoming year.

Additionally, the government has launched the Equal Opportunity Policy for Disabled 2025, promoting greater inclusivity in state institutions. Chief Minister Sharma also addressed concerns regarding the integrity of recruitment exams, condemning previous paper leak incidents.

He assured that under his administration, recruitment examinations are conducted with complete transparency, providing timely employment opportunities for the youth.
