Key Takeaways
Gwalior, April 4 (NationPress) Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia engaged in various activities, including a public hearing session in Ashoknagar district, during his recent visit to the Guna Lok Sabha constituency in Madhya Pradesh.
On the second day of his constituency tour, Scindia inaugurated five projects that had been completed at a cost of Rs 9 crore. These projects included a new Tehsil office and an Anganwadi centre located in Ashoknagar, which is part of the Guna Lok Sabha constituency.
Following this, the Union Minister attended a public hearing in Kachnar town within Ashoknagar district, where he engaged with residents seeking resolutions to their issues.
“I visited Kachnar in the Ashoknagar Assembly constituency and took the local villagers' concerns very seriously. I directed the necessary actions to address these issues on a priority basis. My commitment through these public hearings is to resolve the problems faced by every citizen,” he shared on X.
Scindia highlighted that all complaints from the public hearing were systematically documented via a token-based system, with several issues being resolved immediately.
“I have instructed the relevant officials to ensure prompt and effective responses to all cases. We are also implementing online tracking for unresolved matters, ensuring timely and transparent solutions,” he added.
Last year, Scindia initiated village and Assembly-wise public hearings within his Guna Lok Sabha constituency, and this effort has now progressed into its second phase.
On Friday, Scindia dedicated over three hours to a public hearing, receiving 1,048 applications from local residents.
He noted that for cases where resolution may be challenging, clear explanations must be provided, and issues requiring attention at both Central and state levels should be escalated to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
