Mysuru (Karnataka), March 7 (NationPress) Karnataka's Chief Minister Siddaramaiah announced on Saturday that he is prepared to present two additional Budgets during the remaining duration of the government, contingent upon approval from the party's high command.
This remark came in response to inquiries regarding the possibility of him delivering two more Budgets, considering the Congress-led administration has two years left in its tenure.
After receiving a guard of honour from the district administration at the Pillahalli helipad in Varuna hobli, Mysuru, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah engaged with the media.
When probed again about his confidence in presenting two more Budgets, he stated, "The people of the state are in favor of it. However, the decision of the high command is what truly matters."
On whether he felt assured about this possibility, Siddaramaiah expressed, "I have faith. I am committed to the high command's decisions. The quantity of Budgets presented is not my primary concern. If given the chance by the people, it can happen."
