New Delhi, Sep 28 (NationPress) As the Durga Puja celebrations reach their peak, the Singapore High Commissioner to India, Simon Wong, paid a visit to the Durga Bari Mandir in New Delhi on Sunday to offer his prayers.
Sharing snapshots from his temple visit on the social media platform X, Wong expressed, "Visited the Durga Bari Mandir to commence the Shashthi Durga Puja. I sought blessings for good deeds, devotion, and righteousness. High Commissioner Wong."
He also shared his joy of savoring the Indian delicacy Chole Bhature.

Earlier this month, Wong announced a significant cultural diplomacy endeavor celebrating the 60th anniversary of India-Singapore relations. This includes an art exhibition featuring renowned Singaporean artist Kumari Nahappan, titled "Chromatic Currents," which will be on display in New Delhi until October 30.
