Surat, March 26 (NationPress) The Surat Integrated Transportation Development Corporation (SITCO) has issued a call for proposals via e-tendering for the sub-lease-hold rights associated with the mixed-use development, operation, and maintenance of a 2,08,975 sqm vertical area above the GSRTC bus terminal at the Surat Multi-Modal Transport Hub (MMTH).
The initiative, featuring a reserve price of Rs 226 crore, will be available for lease over a period of 90 years, enabling developers to sub-lease the constructed space for commercial purposes.
As reported by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), the intended development site ensures seamless connectivity with Surat’s public transport network, including direct access from an elevated road and closeness to vital transport services like the metro, bus rapid transit system (BRTS), city bus services, and rail networks.
