Hyderabad, Aug 14 (NationPress) A court in the Nalgonda district of Telangana has sentenced a man to death for the rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl.

In its ruling, the court determined M. Mukarram was culpable under the pertinent sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act as well as the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
