As a result of the adverse weather conditions, three flights have been redirected to Vijayawada, as stated by an airport spokesperson.
IndiGo flights from Kolkata (6E 6623), Mumbai (6E 6148), and Pune (6E 352) have all been diverted.
In the meantime, the Cyberabad Traffic Police have recommended that Information Technology companies consider implementing Work from Home (WFH) arrangements on Friday due to the ongoing moderate to heavy rains experienced overnight, with forecasts indicating continued precipitation throughout the day.
