New Delhi, Oct 23 (NationPress) BJP national spokesperson Ajay Alok on Thursday delivered a sharp critique of the Mahagathbandhan's press conference, remarking that the two 'Yuvrajs' of the Opposition alliance -- Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav -- are set for a 'camera milan'.
As the Mahagathbandhan gears up for a significant press announcement, there is growing anticipation that RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's long-desired aspiration to be recognized as the alliance's Chief Ministerial candidate may soon be realized.
The BJP spokesperson further ridiculed the leaders, claiming that despite being 'out on bail', both Gandhi and Yadav continue to discuss Bihar's development.
Taking to social media platform ‘X’, Ajay Alok stated, “I heard that the proud gentlemen — Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav will have a ‘camera milan’. The elder 'Yuvraj' (Rahul Gandhi) is coming from Colombia to Bihar, while the younger 'Yuvraj' (Tejashwi Yadav) is already present.”
“Everyone seems to be under the ‘Colombia effect’. The party that receives funds from China will now associate with the prince implicated in the Land-for-Jobs scandal. Both are on bail and will discuss Bihar’s progress — remarkable! What a Mahagathbandhan this is! Just announce ₹30,000 for JEEViKA Didis too,” he added.
“Furthermore, declare that if you assume power after 20 days, jobs will stem from kidnapping, murder, sand theft, and liquor businesses. Keep going, Munna Bhai!” Alok concluded.
This development follows a meeting between Tejashwi Yadav, senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot, and the party's Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru, who convened with Tejashwi and RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in Patna on Wednesday.
The setting for Thursday's press event at Patna's Maurya Hotel amplifies the speculation -- the banner for the press conference prominently features the election symbols of all Mahagathbandhan partners but showcases only a large image of Tejashwi Yadav.
The banner also carries the hashtag 'Bihar maange Tejashwi sarkar' (Bihar demands Tejashwi government).
