During the raid, law enforcement seized 75 kg of bronopol crystal powder, identified as a precursor chemical. The three suspects apprehended at the site have been named as Arpit alias Saurabh Gupta, a resident of Tirupati Dham Extension; Ranjit from Mandsaur; and Omprakash Sharma from Barod.
According to police officials, in addition to the chemical powder, Rs 8.5 lakh in cash and a vehicle were also confiscated from the location. The suspects are currently under police custody and facing interrogation to reveal more details about their operations, including potential suppliers and distribution networks.
The garage was allegedly being utilized to hide and process illegal substances. Initial investigations indicate that the suspects were engaged in the unlawful trade of chemicals necessary for the manufacture of synthetic drugs.
