Furthermore, they have apprehended 1,013 Indians and 35 foreign nationals by October 8, 2025, as per a report released by the police department on Wednesday.
The report highlighted that a total of 711 cases have been filed in connection with these operations. In a focused crackdown on drugs within October 2025, six suspects were arrested, leading to the seizure of 15 kg of MDMA, Hydro Ganja, and Opium Oil worth Rs 23.84 crore.
Among the notable cases, the CCB Anti Narcotics Wing team, led by Manjappa PI, executed a raid at the Parappana Agrahara police station area, where they confiscated 1.39 kg of MDMA crystals and 2.03 kg of opium, valued at approximately Rs 4 crore.
Another CCB ANW team conducted two separate operations at the International Post Office within the KG Nagar police station jurisdiction, seizing 7 kilograms of Hydro Ganja, amounting to Rs 7.81 crore, and subsequently detaining two suspects.
In the Gollahalli village under Kothnur police station limits, officials from the North East Division executed raids that resulted in the seizure of 4.81 kg of MDMA valued at Rs 12.03 crore, as stated in the report.
