Emphasizing the escalating global confidence in India as a pivotal investment ally, they celebrated the conference as an essential platform to foster engagement between investors from both nations.
The representative from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, Kalybek Uulu Bekturgan, remarked that the conference serves as a significant avenue to bolster connections between investors from both countries.
He commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and indicated Kyrgyzstan’s eagerness to promote mutual investments, fortify friendship, and broaden cooperation with India in the years ahead.
"Our goal is to facilitate investments from India to my country and vice versa, enhancing the friendship and collaboration between our two nations," he stated.
Ukrainian Ambassador to India, Oleksandr Polishchuk, also highlighted the achievements of previous business collaborations between India and Ukraine, noting that bilateral projects were valued at around $4 billion prior to the war.
"We anticipate welcoming President (Volodymyr) Zelensky in India this year, along with the Intergovernmental Commission, where we can delve deeper into the potential projects we can pursue together, both in India and Ukraine," he expressed.
Kateryna Bila, spouse of the Ukrainian Ambassador, indicated that the conference created significant opportunities for Ukraine to establish connections with Indian enterprises.
She added that once the war concludes, Ukraine will require substantial support from friendly nations like India to rejuvenate its economy and infrastructure.
"This event presents a chance for partner nations, such as Ukraine, to forge ties with Indian businesses," Bila emphasized.
"When we triumph in the war, we will need considerable assistance from India to reconstruct our nation," she concluded.
