New Delhi, Nov 17 (NationPress) Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV) and the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) have recently formalized a partnership through a memorandum of understanding aimed at creating innovative technological solutions for the deployment of indigenous defence systems.
An official announcement highlighted that this MoU will serve as a platform for collaborative research and development focused on Logistics Management, Operational Logistics at various levels for the analysis of concepts and validation of operational logistics plans, Chip Design and Hardware Security, as well as Homomorphic or Blockchain-based Encryption.
The primary objective will be to enhance the capabilities of researchers and scientists working within the realms of operational and military science, logistics management, and technical research.
Both institutions are expected to engage in extensive research, organize joint seminars and conferences, and conduct capacity-building workshops.
GSV has already established robust collaborations with all three branches of the Indian Armed Forces—the Indian Army, Indian Air Force, and Indian Navy—focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain research and education.
