New Delhi, July 24 (NationPress) The technology sector in India boasts more than five million professionals, but what we truly need is a generation of innovators who envision solutions beyond mere coding and build for large-scale impact, stated Rajesh Nambiar, President of Nasscom, on Thursday.

Nasscom has introduced its inaugural 'Tech Developer Confluence' scheduled for August 8 in Bengaluru.

This event aims to empower the developer community in India, highlighting cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity through interactive sessions, expert-led masterclasses, and engaging hackathons.

“The confluence is designed to transform how we educate, motivate, and showcase developer talent within India,” Nambiar explained.

The forthcoming conference will serve as a national hub where students, developers, and tech leaders unite to transform potential into products, capabilities into innovations, and talent into global influence, according to this prominent industry association.

IT professionals and aspiring technologists can collaborate to shape the future landscape of AI, cloud computing, quantum technologies, cybersecurity, and product engineering, as stated.

The conference intends to future-proof India's skill development landscape and encourage grassroots involvement in the deep tech sector.

Coders, architects, researchers, and student innovators will enjoy a full day of experiential learning at the event. Topics range from GenAI-driven DevOps to multi-agent systems, space technology applications, and synthetic data modeling, with the confluence aimed at translating theory into practical real-world applications, as emphasized by Nasscom.

Masterclasses will cover areas like developing multi-agent AI systems, generating synthetic data for AI and GenAI, and rapidly creating applications utilizing code assistants.

Additionally, discussions will address the cybersecurity implications of agentic AI, best practices for end-to-end Responsible AI deployment, and compliance strategies under the DPDP Act.

Nasscom also revealed two dedicated hackathons, providing developers with the chance to devise real-world solutions to pressing industry challenges. This industry association represents India’s $284 billion tech sector.
