Indian Wells, March 13 (NationPress) The top-ranked Carlos Alcaraz has successfully made his way into the semi-finals of Indian Wells for the fifth time in a row, defeating Cameron Norrie with a score of 6-3, 6-4 on Friday.
This victory allowed the Spaniard to avenge his earlier loss to Norrie in Paris last November, pushing his remarkable winning streak to 16 matches in 2026.
With this achievement, Alcaraz joins an elite group as the third player to reach five consecutive semi-finals at Indian Wells, alongside fellow countryman Rafael Nadal (2006-2013) and rival Novak Djokovic (2011-2016).
