Aman, who triumphed in Jaipur, his preferred venue, added another victory in Kolkata, and now sets his sights on a third win in Jamshedpur. The 30-year-old golfer aspires to use the IGPL pathway to reach the Asian Tour and International Series, showcasing impressive form with three rounds of 9-under 61 in his last six outings.
“I recognize that I’ve been performing well, but achieving three 61s in four rounds (from the first round in Jaipur to the first round in Kolkata) was incredibly gratifying,” remarked Aman Raj, who was pleasantly surprised by a visit from his father, who traveled from Patna to witness his victory in Kolkata.
Aman added, “Seeing my father at the conclusion of the final round was a delightful surprise,” expressed a joyful Aman Raj, now the first IGPL golfer to surpass Rs. 50 lakh in merely five events. “While the financial aspect is significant, my performance holds even greater importance, and it has been commendable.”
