A total of 10 Indian players have progressed to the third round of the FIDE World Cup 2025, which is organized as a knockout tournament, featuring 206 participants from 82 nations competing for the prestigious Viswanathan Anand Cup, named in honor of the Indian chess legend.
Both Arjun and Harikrishna reaffirmed their status as leading contenders for the title.
