Patna, Feb 6 (NationPress) The Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, honored Anu Kumari, a pivotal member of the Indian squad that triumphed in the inaugural Blind Women’s T20 World Cup held in 2025, acknowledging her significant role in achieving this historic milestone.

As a token of appreciation, Nitish Kumar presented Anu Kumari with a cheque of Rs 23,43,750 and a traditional shawl.

Throughout the tournament, Anu Kumari showcased exceptional bowling skills, making her a key player in India's success.

During the recognition event, she gifted the Chief Minister a commemorative item featuring a cricket bat and ball.
